What you’ll do
Design, build and maintain the systems that power our software services and infrastructure: cloud, on-prem (if applicable), containerization and orchestration.
Lead initiatives to improve security, availability, scalability, and performance of infrastructure—incident management, disaster recovery, resilience.
Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure infrastructure meets business and service requirements.
Automate deployment, monitoring, alerting, and operations workflows (CI/CD, IaC, observability).
Participate in on-call rotation and incident response to drive continuous improvements.
Define infrastructure best practices and mentor junior engineers.
What we’re looking for
3+ years experience in a DevOps / Infrastructure / SRE type role (or equivalent).
Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure), container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), networking and security fundamentals.
Hands-on coding/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, Bash) and experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Strong knowledge of system reliability, monitoring/observability, incident management, disaster recovery planning.
Ability to work in ambiguous situations, ownership mindset, strong collaborator across teams.
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, regulated industries or handling high-volume systems.
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GKE, CloudSQL, BigQuery, etc.).
Experience with security tooling, hardened infrastructure, and audit/compliance considerations.
Startup or rapidly scaling company experience.
